Radio presenter Felix Oduor popularly known as Jalang'o has expressed confidence about becoming the next Lang'ata member of parliament.

Jalang'o who declared his interest not too long ago, is not leaving any stone unturned.
The radio presenter recently expressed a lot of confidence that he is the next Lang'ata law maker.
"I am not even running for the seat. I am coming in to take over. My dreams are bigger than any salary. I don't participate in things that I can't take. The day you see my name on the ballot paper, you know that he is that next MP," Jalang'o said.Honouring his bid, Jalang'o appointed the late Papa Shirandula's wife Beatrice Andega as his chief campaigner.
Speaking during Papa Shirandula's memorial event held at Nairobi's Azure hotel, Jalang'o appointed his widow Beatrice Andenga as his chief campaigner.
Justifying the act, he said he rose to fame through the late actor.
"I'm going to be MP of Lang'ata and Shirandula resided in Lang'ata, so the best thing I can do is to secure a good place for 'mama' (Beatrice). I therefore appoint Beatrice as my chief campaigner of National House Corporation, she will be in charge of mobilizing votes from fellow women, " declared Jalang'o.Shirandula's widow left in tears after Jalang'o promises to school daughter till university

Papa Shirandula's cast held a memorial event at Nairobi's Azure Hotel to remember him.
Beatrice Andega, Shirandula's widow, paid an emotional tribute to him. While giving her speech, she was so overpowered with emotions after Jalang'o, Captain Otoyo, and Njoro came to rescue her daughter.
